Returns Due to the nature of refrigerant products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Typically, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping fees.

To request a return, please contact us at support@coolheadproductions.shop with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the product and packaging to support@coolheadproductions.shop. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used refrigerant cylinders

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items
